This week saw not one — but TWO big moves by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) via Express Entry:
On November 26, 2025, IRCC held a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw — sending out 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs), with the lowest invited profile having a CRS score of 531. That’s a great sign for candidates with mid-500s scores.
Just one day before — on November 25, 2025 — a major Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw issued 777 ITAs, with a CRS cut-off of 699 — the lowest PNP cut-off in months. This highlights how strongly provincial endorsements are shaping Canada’s immigration moves this fall.
