President and CEO

Sharmila, Founder and President of Ann Arbour Consultants Inc., Ann Arbour Executive Search Inc. (Immigration, Recruitment & Corporate Services), and Ann Arbour Holdings Inc. (Real Estate Investments), also serves as Director of Perfectly Me Inc., a company dedicated to personal and professional coaching and consulting. She is the former CEO of Stay Home Forever Inc., a senior care and age-in-place organization.

A licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Sharmila also volunteers her time as a Board Member of CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants) and actively participates in multiple chambers of commerce and business associations. As a founding member of the Durham Angel Investors Network, she continues to champion entrepreneurship and innovation across the region.

Sharmila collaborates closely with municipal, provincial, and federal partners to identify and facilitate business and investment opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors seeking to establish themselves in Canada.
