Nunavut currently does not operate a provincial nominee program (PNP). Immigration is managed through federal pathways, including Express Entry, Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) (for Atlantic employers), and Territorial or employer-specific work permits under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP).
