Bi-Weekly Coaching | 60 Days of Workplace Integration

Once you secure employment, Phase 2 begins.
This is where you receive dedicated support to succeed in your new role, not just get hired.

It is proven that most employees get terminated or laid off within the first three months of employment. Inability to communicate effectively, miscommunication between manager and employee, employee being unable to step up to the position, and employee being unable to integrate into the workforce culture as some of the main reasons. Our PSP program addresses the above. We work with the employer (in most cases) and your manager to resolve any problems so that you will become a successful employee in the company.
