Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has completed another Express Entry round 💼🇨🇦, issuing 279 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). This draw required a minimum CRS score of 789, which reflects the strong competition and the value of having a provincial nomination. A provincial nomination adds 600 points to your Comprehensive Ranking System score, making PNP candidates much more competitive for invitations.

This is the fourth PNP-focused Express Entry round in 2026, and although the number of invitations was smaller compared with earlier PNP draws, it shows that provinces continue to be a key pathway to permanent residency for skilled workers.
