Assisting Amilia, Ashanthi processes LMIA files to completion and assists Amilia in all aspects of the corporate division. . Ashanthi is extremely detail oriented and leaves no stone unturned when seeking out information or when processing client files. Ashanthi works behind the scenes, hardly ever coming into contact with clients. Yet without her expertise and quick turn-around time on processing LMIA files, this department could not function efficiently. Prasann acts as our Financial Consultant on an independent basis. He is instrumental in our budgeting process, financial planning and ensuring all accounts receivable and payable are up to date. He brings to the table many years of experience working as a CFO mostly to single business owners. Prasann gets our business, gets our goals, and gets our vibe at the office. Coming from a background of management, Smriti speaks 5 different languages assisting us in providing a great service to our Indian and Sri Lankan clientele. Smriti works in Sales, Marketing, recruitment and coordinates all online marketing campaigns with our social media team. Smriti’s work ethic is second to none. Ayoma is mainly involved with the retention of clients seeking to enter Canada on a work permit. Nishanthi is a former visa officer at the Sri Lankan Embassy in Ottawa. I met Nishanthi while she was working at the Embassy and recruited her After her diplomatic tenure came to an end. Nishanthi brings to the table great knowledge and experience and supports many departments in paperwork and administration. She is kind and sweet and works well with all our clients as well as the team. She is a refreshing addition to the team.
Marina Isaac is another quiet mouse in our team, working hard in the background and emerging only when necessary. Natalya's right hand is processing all applications from start to finish be it work permits, spousal sponsorships, Skilled worker applications or Provincial Nominee applications. Attention to detail and accuracy is an essential need for this role, which Marina fulfills with a smile at all times. Our processing department could not function without her diligent work.
Udari completed her MBA degree in British Columbia and recently moved to Provinces to work with us. She has over 4 years of work experience in the accounting field and ensures all accounting statements are up-to-date and accurate. She manages invoicing, agreements, collections and much more in the accounting division. She blends so well with the rest of the team and is never without offering assistance to everyone.
Ranjila Fernando works remotely in the document collection division with Dilhani. Document collection is an important aspect of the processing division. Valid and correct documents are vital to the approval of a case and Ranjila ensures that all documents are valid, legal and correct and that the information provided by our clients are cross checked for validity with the information on the documents. Natalya and Marina depend on Ranjila and Dilhani to ensure that all documents are proper. Ranjila is a quick learner and manages her role with great attention to details. She achieves all this with a cheerful attitude and patiently explains to all clients exactly what is needed and by when. She is a great asset to the team.
