Francophone Cook
Job Description:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- May set up and oversee buffets
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May hire and train kitchen staff
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum educational qualification - must have passed high school
- Need to have at least 3 years experience as a Cook
- Ability to speak fluent French
- Need to be able to attain required levels of French Language Test score
- Must have clear Police Reports in every country lived in for more than 6 months
- Should not have overstayed in any country beyond the visa validity
