Alberta Immigration Draw Update - Alberta issued 1,125 Invitations to Apply (ITAs)

🚨 Big News — Alberta Immigration Draw Update!

Last week, the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) issued 1,125 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) across two major streams:

* Alberta Opportunity Stream: 1,045 ITAs — minimum score 55 

* Alberta Express Entry Stream – Priority Sectors (Health Care): 80 ITAs — minimum score 52 

These draws prioritized candidates with strong Alberta ties, competitive scores, and especially professionals in healthcare — a key sector for Alberta’s growth. 

👉 What it means for you:

* If you’re already working in Alberta, the Opportunity Stream continues to be a very active route. 

* If you’re in healthcare (nurses, allied health, etc.) and in the Express Entry pool, Alberta is clearly making a big push to welcome you. 

* With this boost, Alberta’s 2025 nomination capacity is larger — but spots are limited, so now is a great time to act.
