Changes to the pathway for Permanent Residency to Canada.
IRCC is planning on major changes to the pathways for Immigration especially through the Express entry system. They will move on to Targeted draws focusing on filling labour gaps and providing ITA’s to professions or skills in demand such as health care, trades, manufacturing etc.
What does this mean? It will mean that emphasis will be provided more to your skills rather than your points on the express entry system. It means that more numbers will be provided to Rural Programs or Provincial Nominee Programs.

Ann Arbour Consultants recognized and rewarded by Manage HR
Interview of Sharmila Perera by Manage HR: Ann Arbour Consultants make Immigration Easy.
Having immigrated to Canada at the age of 32 with three young children, Sharmila Perera is the ultimate personification of courage and self-belief. Upon reaching Canada, she faced the hardships of not just settling down but to even getting a job.
Sharmila had been a stay-at-home mom for the last five years with no job experience in Canada. This forced her to volunteer at a law firm. To make ends meet, her husband, despite his marketing management background, took up a factory job. The pandemic has forced people including myself to look at Canada in a…

As promoters of Canada, we are so proud to note that during these difficult times Canada has come forward to protect all its people.
